GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We are happy to share that Deny Designs ships WORLDWIDE! As each product is custom made to order we ask for 3-4 weeks to make furniture products and 5-10 business days for all other products. Please note that these times are estimates and certain products may ship faster or later than stated. We do not offer other options for expedited shipping methods due to this production time.  

All items purchased through the Deny Designs marketplace platform are either manufactured in-house or pursuant to our agreement with a third-party vendor and shipped to the customer pursuant to arrangements with various shipping carriers for final delivery.  This means risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the product(s) to the applicable carrier.

Once the products are complete and shipped, if you are within the US it will take 2-5 days on average for your order to be delivered. If your order is shipping internationally ship times vary by location. 

Please Note: All refused packages are subject to automatically being restocked with up to a 35% service fee.
