Deniz Ercelebi - Bio
Deniz Erçelebi was born in Ankara, Turkey. She received a BA in Industrial Design from Middle East Technical University in 1999. After working as an interactive designer in NYC for 6 years she relocated to Richmond, VA.
She continues to design and create arts and crafts in her home studio. Her subjects are usually women and animals in pop-surreal settings. She uses her photography and experiments with traditional techniques as well as digital illustration.
